At Lumeora, we aim to get your skincare essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times
Within major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
Other cities and remote areas: 4-7 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount, if applicable.

Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery rider at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
